How do I delete a member of Staff or Volunteer?

Removing Staff deletes their personal data but does not remove the statistical information about the individual

Only Groop Admin/Club Leaders can delete Staff

1. Click Staff in the side bar

2. Hover over the Staff you need to delete

3. Click the X on the top right

4. You will then be asked "Are you sure you want to delete this staff member?" - click Okay to confirm

If the member of staff has Club Leader privileges, these need to be removed first from the Staff Permissions area before they can be deleted by editing the user and unchecking their permission. 

The Staff will now be deleted and this cannot be undone
